There are soy based protein shakes you can get at supermarkets, but they're not proper meal-replacement shakes, and they're a bit gritty. The Cambridge Diet shakes are dairy free, but you have to contact a local 'counsellor' to sign up. You can find their contact details by googling them and searching pages from Australia, if you google worldwide you'll get a lot of UK hits. According to this ACA article
the Cambridge Diet costs about $100 per week for the full program, and that was two years ago, on the plus-side they have a transition period where you phase to a healthy diet to help you keep the weight off.
It's great to hear that two of the Tony Ferguson shakes are soy based. I found it really hard as a vegan trying to find meal replacements that weren't full of dairy.
