Did anyone manage to catch that show last night on Channel 7? It was fascinating!!!

Yeah I saw it, it was pretty basic. I didnt learn anything but it was good watching it :D

I guess the big part that I thought was fascinating was those two teams, that had the same meal (exact amount of calories) except the other team made their's into a thick soup.. and they ended up being fuller for longer. I thought that was pretty interesting! :D

Yeah it was interesting but it didnt surprise me, when you eat solids and liquids it all expands in your tummy sort of like eating bread and water its a bit like a sponge, but that expansion goes away almost as quick as it came. I find that if I have soup and toast (soup first then bread) I stay much fuller for longer.
