Hello everyone,

Let me start by apologising for not visiting this site as regularly as I used to. I want to jump on here more, like I used to, and plan to make sure I do!

Thanks again for your support, it is a real motivator let me tell you!

Today is the begining of my 10th week on TF and it's hard to believe I've been on it for so long...it certainly doesn't feel like it!

My 9th weigh-in was today - Last week: 81.7kg, 91cm waist
This week: 80.8kg, 90cm waist

Total lost is 15cm off waist and 12.2kg. I'll be half-way once I've lost 300g more and I have 12.8kg to go until I'm at goal weight!

Wow Congratulations Hayley!
With my hypothyroidism, I can hardly believe I've lost 2kg on my first week with Tony Ferguson (I get officially weighed-in on their scales tomorrow though, so I hope their scales read the same)

Ok....now, I know I told myself that I would go back to weighing myself once a week (on Mondays), but I just couldn't help myself this morning.

I jumped on the scales and have lost 400g since weighing myself yesterday, which means that I've now lost a total of 12.6kg!

I'M NOW OFFICIALLY OVER THE HALF-WAY POINT! :D !

Now only 12.4kg to go until I'm at my goal of 68kg.

Was so happy, I just wanted to share it with my support crew. Thanks so much guys xxx

I also thought I'd try to find some 'before' photos (although that will be difficult considering that I hid from cameras!) and some 'during' photos, so you can compare the difference that 12.6kg has made. What do you think?

It certainly has made my day today! I didn't think I'd have enough willpower to stick to this or to lose that amount of weight....but I've proven myself wrong and I'm very very happy about that.

Congratulations on your weightloss during your first week on TF, you must be very pleased. Keep up the great work Dolly!

For me I actually think it was the beginning of day 3, but I still ate heaps of diet jelly - I think only because it was there not because I was hungry!

Thanks so much Ally.

It is so nice to have people noticing my weighloss now, and giving me compliments (which I find extremely hard to accept, but I'm getting better). Having others notice and being able to fit into clothes that I couldn't even get anywhere near done up before, is a real motivator. I'm so determined to reach my goal weight and once there, maintain it.

I can't wait until I can fit into size 14 pants. I'm now that size in my tops, but the hips, thighs and bum are not quite there - although it won;t be long....already some of the 16's are a bit baggy. I weighed again this morning (I know I know), and I've lost another 200g since yesterday, so now total of 12.8kg. I'm still going to update my ticker on Mondays though.

Big hug to all those who follow my progress and support me through this exciting journey.
