Ok....now, I know I told myself that I would go back to weighing myself once a week (on Mondays), but I just couldn't help myself this morning.
I jumped on the scales and have lost 400g since weighing myself yesterday, which means that I've now lost a total of 12.6kg!
I'M NOW OFFICIALLY OVER THE HALF-WAY POINT! !
Now only 12.4kg to go until I'm at my goal of 68kg.
Was so happy, I just wanted to share it with my support crew. Thanks so much guys xxx
I also thought I'd try to find some 'before' photos (although that will be difficult considering that I hid from cameras!) and some 'during' photos, so you can compare the difference that 12.6kg has made. What do you think?
