Hayley, how many of these Tony Ferguson recipes do you follow or do you just do your own thing?

Hi Dolly,

Lately I've been using more of the TF recipes form the forum not the ones in the book - say 3 a week. The other days, I do my own thing with the allowed sauces we can have or just meat, vegies and small amount gravy.

How about you? Have you been using any oth the TF recipes?

I have browsed them but I'm finding the less time I spend in the kitchen the more successful I am with the weigh-in scales.

I just cook the fish or chicken and put a dot of sauce on it (often from a jar or some gravy) and serve it with a large salad.
If I make a stirfry with chicken, capsicum, onion and raw asparagus I often put a dollop of Maggi oyster sauce on it, and little sweet chilli sauce and a bit of ginger powder.

Hi hayley n dolly

was wondering whether eating the specified fruit on the tf diet helps you lose weight? or doesnt it make a difference? same with the 2 litres of water a day if you dont drink at least 2 litres will you not lose weight? my mate i went to school with is on it at the moment and i asked her and she wasnt sure?

Hi Kate, good question,
If you don't drink the water you don't lose the weight but if you omit the fruit you still lose the weight.
I think the fruit sugars are just nourishment for the brain, our bodies all need a little sugar and the fibre is good for the bowels too.
