Good morning everyone! I had a lovely birthday dinner last night although I could only eat half of my main meal as I was so full! Bit of a waste of money I guess, but I enjoyed the half that I did eat. I also had some bread and dip for starters and a cocktail (which put me on my ear as I haven't had any alcohol for 11 weeks!). Ended up buying a tiny Miss maud's chocolate mud cake for my birthday cake because my 3 year old son burst into tears during the day when I told him I wasn't going to have a birthday cake......you have to mummy, it's your birthday and you need to blow out losts of candles!. Anyway, I was only able to have a mouthful of the cake too, as I was so full.
So, today I re-start week 11 on TF diet. I'm more determined than ever to lose the remaining 13.6kg and I want to do it by Christmas! I have to get serious now, so I'm sticking to the plan 100% as of today and will start exercising with my hubby too. I've even decided to take measurements each Friday when I do my weekly weigh-in and they're in the table below.
So, Friday is my new weigh-in day. Good news is I didn't put on any weight since yesterday, so my birthday meal wasn't that bad I guess.
I'm also asking you all to help keep me on track, if I look as though I may slip-up. Thanks for your support everyone.......14.5 weeks until Christmas, means I have 14.5 weeks to lose 13.6kg.................
