I've heard some good results from this.
Can someone who is trying this tell me whether the flavours taste any good?

I'm hooked on the chocolate one and strawberry & cream one.
The banana is rather nice too. I think they put some fibre in the soups though as it made them rather course (I didn't like the soup flavours)

Good morning everyone! I had a lovely birthday dinner last night although I could only eat half of my main meal as I was so full! Bit of a waste of money I guess, but I enjoyed the half that I did eat. I also had some bread and dip for starters and a cocktail (which put me on my ear as I haven't had any alcohol for 11 weeks!). Ended up buying a tiny Miss maud's chocolate mud cake for my birthday cake because my 3 year old son burst into tears during the day when I told him I wasn't going to have a birthday cake......you have to mummy, it's your birthday and you need to blow out losts of candles!. Anyway, I was only able to have a mouthful of the cake too, as I was so full.

So, today I re-start week 11 on TF diet. I'm more determined than ever to lose the remaining 13.6kg and I want to do it by Christmas! I have to get serious now, so I'm sticking to the plan 100% as of today and will start exercising with my hubby too. I've even decided to take measurements each Friday when I do my weekly weigh-in and they're in the table below.

So, Friday is my new weigh-in day. Good news is I didn't put on any weight since yesterday, so my birthday meal wasn't that bad I guess.

I'm also asking you all to help keep me on track, if I look as though I may slip-up. Thanks for your support everyone.......14.5 weeks until Christmas, means I have 14.5 weeks to lose 13.6kg.................

Oh, and don't laugh at my body fat % in the table, I have brought it down from 42% since the start of TF 10 weeks ago.......and my ankles are very thick (always have been), that's where I store weight first which is a bit strange.

Aaahhh, Dolly HELP ME!!!! (laughs)

If I email you my weightloss measurement table, can you please try to post it for me? I've tried but it squashes it all together and doesn't show the lines for each column in the table.

Thanks.

Hi Kate, thanks for your confidence in me!

I shared a bread and dip plate for starters, but couldn't eat much of that. I had a cocktail with baileys and other yummy liquers. Mains was char-grilled scothch fillet with herbed cheesy baby potatoes and vegetables - but I couldn't even eat half of this and the potatoes I found very rich. I drank heaps of water all night and I had a mouthful of chocolate mudcake for dessert. Yummy, but my eyes were definitely bigger than my belly! which is a good thing!

it wouldve been nice not having to cook and have a break for once- especially on a special occasion :) you have to learn to treat yourself every so often, you can go through your whole life (especially once you reach our goal) and deny things because you are worried about weight gain. we just have to learn portion sizes adn to ensure the 'naughty foods' are in moderation :) glad you had a nice night though :) you'll reach your goal by xmas for sure. i am hoping to reach mine by xmas too! we're in this together!!

Hi Hayley,
I'm sorry but I do not know if there's a way to do tables in a phpBB based forum.
Your birthday dinner sounded wonderful.
