Wow that's great Kate, I've heard a lot of now thin people say that was the method they used too.
Well it looks like Hayley's email advice to me worked, she said to make sure I have every bit of my water while on the TF program (as I found I was only drinking six large glasses not the full eight)
Alkalining the body with 8 large glasses of water seems to have made my body responsive toward the TF program again.
I've noticed in the past that if I drink anything acidic like orange juice or a can of diet drink, my body is more absorbant toward any calories I consume and the weight either goes up or stays the same) Quite a discovery huh?
Well anyway as I was saying I've now got my body alkaline again and the weight is coming off, thanks for your advice Hayley
