Wow that's great Kate, I've heard a lot of now thin people say that was the method they used too.

Well it looks like Hayley's email advice to me worked, she said to make sure I have every bit of my water while on the TF program (as I found I was only drinking six large glasses not the full eight)
Alkalining the body with 8 large glasses of water seems to have made my body responsive toward the TF program again.
I've noticed in the past that if I drink anything acidic like orange juice or a can of diet drink, my body is more absorbant toward any calories I consume and the weight either goes up or stays the same) Quite a discovery huh?

Well anyway as I was saying I've now got my body alkaline again and the weight is coming off, thanks for your advice Hayley :D

thats great news dolly :) make sure you keep drinking that water! i also drink 2litres a day and i found it hard at first to drink all of it but am better now :)

yeah this plan seems to be working well for me. just cutting out all the crap and eating better. last night i had beef ravioli and bolognaise sauce so that was a lot of carbs for me! but i like having a treat night like that each week where i have moderately healthy food. :)

No worries Dolly, glad I could help :D . So happy that TF is working with your body again, good on you!

Couldn't help myself this morning, jumped on the scales and ................ I'M IN THE 70'S NOW!!! 79.5kg to be exact, can't remember when I last weighed in the 70's, so I'm happy. I've now lost 13.5kg on TF and am so pleased with my results, only another 11.5kg to go now and I think thats definitely achievable by Christmas.

Not changing my tickergraph until official weigh-ins on Fridays.....let's hope I can lose even more before Friday's weigh-in!!

This TF Program is sooo good, I just dropped another half a kilo over night (even with my thyroid gland problem that is supposed to make it near impossible to drop weight)

My personal discovery was to not have any cans of diet coke or diet lemonade or even drink any orange juice as the citric acid really made my body absorb and hold onto any calories I ate later in that day.
Water drinking is now really flushing the fat away.

When I went on it the first time the weight was coming off beautifully, then all of a sudden the goitrogens found in the soy milk made my thyroid medication not work (I have hypothyroidism as of 2002)
anyway I couldn't figure out which food was making the soy react that way, but I now realize it was my daily can of diet sprite as that's what I've omitted and replaced with 8 large glasses of water.

I can actually feel the achy feeling you get when you know your burning up fat (some people call them hunger pains but they're not) so I know I'll have another big loss tomorrow (without exercising)
