yeah i cant wait to see photos- i bet you'll be a stunner at your daughters wedding- but remember its her day!! (although everyone will be focused on how wonderful you look!) kudos to you, keep up the great work :)

I read yesterday (on the TF forum) that froggie uses the Birds Eye brand of steamed fish fillets (there are two per box) Each fillet once cooked weighs our allowed 120gms of protein.
I've bought the Thai coconut curry, the Coriander & mild chilli, the Garlic & spring onion and the Asian lime one. It also comes in a lemon & parsley too.
It only takes 5 minutes in the microwave and the Thai coconut curry one is soooo delish. I placed the fillet with its allowable sauce on top of my salad.
