Drinking the vegetable water

Hey all, I read that drinking the water vegies are cooked in is good for you. I tried to do it tonight but I nearly threw up. It tasted so gross. >.< Does anyone know how to make it taste better? Cheers.

eating the vegies is 1000 times yummier and better for you
if you are worried about nutrient loss buy a steamer

Hmm I probably should buy a steamer then, I never even knew what a steamer does. :P

Can you cook anything special in steamers? Does food taste better when steamed?

My mum used to do this when I was a kid but I've never tried it. I have heard of someone who freezes it to use in soups and sauces.

You can steam anything! chicken and fish are delish steamed :) and vegies keep so much more flavour! you can but special spots which have a steamer, or you can buy a steaming attachment for one you already have. Im sure if you googled it you would find loads of options!

Drinking at least one glass of low sodium vegetable juice every day may help overweight dieters lose more weight.
