Overcoming a plateau with Reductil??

Postby becs » Wed Nov 04, 2009 5:29 pm

So I'm currently sitting at a big old plateau - been floating around the 75-76kg mark for a couple of months now and I'm starting to get really frustrated... which got me thinking.

I have to go to the doctor next week to get a prescription, and I was thinking of asking for some Reductil to get me back on track. My sister took it for a while when she was plateauing and it seemed to work well for her - any one else tried it??

have you tried changing up your diet? have you changed your requirements for cal king, as you lose weight you need less cals, how about increasing the intensity of exercise, theres a lot of things to consider.
