Well, you all know I have had a bit of trouble staying motivated and resisting temptation recently, so I have decided that tonight I am going to rejoin WeightWatchers, (yay found a coupon in WD!
) and do their No Count program. I did this once before, and really enjoyed it, and found it easy to stick to, but a good motivator knowing that I have to weigh in each week. So, tonight at 7.... eeee Im a little nervous!
