Hi! I am a 16 yr old boy that weighs 79kg, 182cm tall and im trying to lose some weight because i have big man boobs. I need help plzzz. I eat healthy but i cant get my weight down at all. I eat cereal for breakfast banana and sandwich for lunch fruit after school and for dinner i eat watever mum cooks. I exersize every day after school for about 1 hour. I run 2km i do 100 situps 40 pushups , weights and i cycle alot. Can some1 plz tell me how i can get my weight down!! Or give me a new exercise routine.
