There's really no fresh fruit or vegetables in your diet. Pizza has a lot of fat in it, as does cheese, and chocolate has no real nutritional value, even diet varieties still have a lot of empty calories in them. Maybe you should try salad and a small tin of tuna for lunch and a chicken stir fry for dinner, with fresh fruit as snacks. I know it's hard to eat the fresh stuff if you're really not used to it but you really will feel better for it after a week or so and it's absolutely essential for weight loss to try and replace highly processed foods with fresh ones. Most newsagents have a little pocket guide to kilojoules and fats for $5-10 so you could calculate haw many kilojoules you're allowed in a day and you can look up the values of your favourite foods and you'll soon get a feel for what you can and can't have.
