Anyone doing weight watchers?

Postby Bel Diamante » Mon Dec 21, 2009 2:16 am

Hi guys,

I'm back again in yet another attempt to lose weight. Whilst I am still down on my heaviest, and also 2 kgs and 5 cm down on what i was last year this time, I still haven't found anything that I can stick to. I did WW 10yrs ago and lost 20kgs on it, and really enjoyed the program, but I moved cities, and with the move all the bad habits came back. I've tried this fad diet and that fad diet with no luck, I just feel hungry all the time on them. I've heard that WW has evolved over the years to be a better more satisfying program. Can anyone tell me if they are doing WW and how they are going??

Cheers,
Nic

I'm doing WW, I've been doing it around 6 weeks i think? It helped me I broke a plateau because of it, I've lost around 4 kilos while doing it. If you have other questions feel free to ask :)
Goal for 2016:
Current weight: 94 kilos
Starting weight: 102.5 kilos
Goal #1: 92 kilos

I'm using http://www.calorieking.com, which is similar to WW, but it's a bit less complitcated - and it's free! Not a fad at all, it has completely changed my life, no more stress about losing weight!

I haven't done weight watchers but from what I've heard it's pretty good. I got a diet and exercise plan from http://www.pinupbodies.com.au and it's great. I've only started but I'm already feeling heaps better - my sister did it a few months ago and she thought it was awesome. Definitely worth a try.
