You could order a huge side salad and a spagg bol without the cheese,
I don't figure that would do any harm.

Dolly has it I think...a salad and something tomato based or just a salad if you can get away with it.

Have a nice night out Hayley.

Hi hayley
have a great night out, stick to the salad and a tomato based pasta and you'll be right :) and drink water with dinner!!! its amazing how quickly that helps to fill you up :) good idea about the weighing in once a week. :)

Stay away from the Garlic Bread and I would pick a napolitana sauce rather than bolognese. I know that at WW, bolognese is much higher in points than napolitana. Even marinara (provided it's a tomata marinara) is lower in points than bolognese.
Cheers,
Kate

Dinner last night was delish...although I was naughty I have to admit. Oh well, jumping back on the wagon today 100% (I know I said this only a week or so ago! ). At least I know I don't have any more birthday celebrations to go to until mid December, so that's great.

Weigh-in on Friday should be interesting!!! I am trying not to get on the scales before then.

I had bruschetta, ravioloi bascaiola, a vienna coffee and a bouchee chocolate. It was yummy but all night i had terrible tummy aches and this morning I have had bad gas (sorry! ) laughs!

Have a great day. Hubby and I starting walking again this evening. Looking forward to it.

Hehe Hayley good on ya for having a nice night out. I was going to tell you not to worry over the food and just enjoy but didn't want to put you off in case you were dead set on being good.

Whether you are on weight loss or maintenance these things are always going to come up and if they are occasional rather than the norm why the heck not enjoy along with everyone else.

Well said Kim.....I did plan on being 100% good at dinner last night but then on the way there, I thought bugger it, I don't go out very often so I will enjoy myself and eat what I feel like without going overboard. What you said is exactly right....whether I'm on wieghtloss or maintenance, these things will crop up, so I have to get used to it....it's part of life, and I did enjoy myself.

mmhhmmm, dreaded monthlies - I've had mine this past week, I forgot about the effect that has on my weightloss too! :(

Good luck for weigh-in tomorrow Kate, I'm sure you'll have a great loss still.

Well, I'm definitely back on track with TF now. I had a great day yesterday and can't wait to reach my goal.....only another 11kg to go!

Dolly, how's TF going for you? Did you have your weigh-in yesterday at the chemist? I hope your lungs are ok. Looking forward to hearing how you are.
