it just occured to me that if i lose 4 more kilos i will have lost a total of 10 kilos... thats amazing, maybe the soup diet isn't that bad after all but i am really looking forward to my Banana....mmm i might make a banana smoothie my allowed milk... yummo

Me too! After three days of no bananas, I was so hanging out for that banana smoothie. I think I spent three whole days just thinking about it, how I was going to make it, what I was going to put in it... :lol:

Well done Joanna you are really coming along. Keep up the fantastic work.

I had bananas once a week about 4 weeks ago and meant to make a smoothie one week but couldn't bring myself to destroy the yummy naturalness of it. But now the craving for one has gone. If I really need a banana hit I have some of those banana bars from the home ice cream co. Not sure if you have it in your area but the chappy who comes around with the van and rings the school bell. Anyway they have banana bars and the banana flavour is just delicious...dont know if I would go as far as saying just like a real banana but not to far off. And not too bad at 86 cals and 2.9g fat. However, I still only have one as an occasional treat.
