Let's confess how we did over Christmas
Breakfast: Cheese and ham croissant (I skipped on all the chocolate, the fruity hale, and orange juice and only had water)
Lunch: 1 serve of pumpkin, potato, carrot and lentil soup with 2 pieces of bread (woohoo for me!)
Snack: Carrots stick, hommus and 1 low fat hot chocolate
Dinner: 2 chicken drumsticks, garden salad, 1 bread roll, a bite of duck
Dessert: 1 handful of lollies and a piece of cheese (boohoo but not too bad)
But I didn't gain ANY weight over Christmas!!!!!!!!!!!
