I reckon there good stuffed with fried tomatoes and onions, with crutons and a bit of cheese on top! We grow them too, buy the end of the season my neighbours hide when they see me comming with an armload of them, there so prolific. Even the chooks turn up their beaks. Great value the old zuccini.

Ooooh that sounds delish!
Is there any trick to growing them? Hubby and I are starting up our first veggie patch soon. I asked mum in law what she put in the soil to make them that big, but she didn't say LOL.

There pretty easy. We just dig in a bit of sheep poo, plant, water and mulch!

My grandparents grow vegetable but they don't get anywhere near as big as those. They are massive.

Now I want some Zucchini bread.... :(
