I know it probs won't be as good as ben and jerry's...
But you could always try the ice-cream that you find in the supermarket...
Two brands that I reccomend... SkinnyCow and the Weight Watchers Sundaes are good, especially the chocolate one :)

Best of luck!

A recent WW email I received had a recipe for making your own low-fat icecream.
LINK

I wish I weren't vegan so I could try it out. It looks yummy!

There are a few available at the supermarket that I like. Torfutti Cuties are my fave, but I like the Fruccio and So Good range of ice creams. I don't eat them that often as I don't have a huge sweet-tooth (my vices are savoury snacks and wine). But I LOVE cooking so making my own ice-cream for the occasional treat would be wonderful. Unfortunately that recipe I linked to is made from light evaporated milk and there really isn't a vegan equivalent (at least as far as I know). I'm going to look for soy icecream recipes online as I love the rich taste of home-made ice cream. The stronger the flavour, the less likely I am to eat a lot of it.
