I'm with you all, I love a drink, but I'm sure it does nothing for the waist.
During my preg and breastfeeding I didn't have anything and then slowly got back into the habit. The best thing i do that helps is keep an eye on the clock and see how late I can push it before I have a glass of wine. Easy to go for 1 at 5pm, but I've waited until 6.30. I still drink the same but I do try holding on longer just to break my habit. Which I will be doing next week. going dry will be hard for the 1st 2 days and then I should be ok.
