Yay, I knew if I stuck to the Tony Ferguson program my metabolism would eventually switch on again
even though I increased my protein intake to 71grams.

I cook separate meals for myself but I do sometimes have a fork full of what they eat just to taste what I cooked for them.

Yay Dolly, I bet you're glad you stuck with TF while your metabolism switched off....and now it's back on again, yippee! I am so pleased for you, I guess the extra protein helped.

A loss of 1kg this week for me, which I'm really happy with...Italian food on Monday and TTOTM. I've now lost 15kg total and 18cm from my waist. My other measurements have gone down too, (including my boobs! damn!), but it's too hard trying to post the table on here, so I won't bother.

You know how I said no more birthday dinners until December.....well, I forgot my mother-in-law's birthday was today, and they want us all to go out to tea with them. So, off to a restaurant at Hillarys Boat Harbour tonight, but I know I will be good cos I want this 10kg more than anything!!!

Good on you Hayley...I know that you were a bit concerned about the scales this week. Congratulations!!!

I had a bit of a chuckle over the disappearing boobs!! I am the same!! Mine weren't that big to begin with so I hope I am not left with 2 sultanas on a pancake by the time I am finished.

Dolly well done on sticking to your guns and keep on going!! You know how your body works so it is great that you know that no matter how frustrating it is to stop losing you are still going, good on you for not giving up!!

Hee hee - 2 sultanas on a pancake, laughs!! That was funny but I know what you mean. I wish I lost the weight from everywhere else, but the boobs seem to be the first to go!

Thanks girls.
Hayley that's wonderful about the weight loss. It's my dads birthday today, we're having an afternoon tea for him at mum & dads place tomorrow afternoon. There'll be a lot of junk type food there, so I'll bring a bowl of strawberries as my contibution to the table. Last time I did that they were the first food to go.

Isn't it amazing Dolly...it is funny how people take a whole heap of junky food and then when you take something healthy it is the first to go  makes you wonder why there isn't more healthy food on offer!! Instead of the junk food being a treat, it is the healthy stuff they have only occasionally!!! That is what usually happens out the things I go to anyway!! LOL

Yes it is true about the healthier food options at parties. Good idea about the strawberries Dolly, they are so tasty at the moment as they're in season! yummo, I love strawberries.

I'll let you know how dinner is tonight!

I must be very careful at my dads birthday party this afternoon though.
