Hi Leila,

I wouldn't say that this is my favourite but it gets me through the sugar cravings and keeps me on track with the Tony Ferguson program I'm following........diet rasberry jelly. I'm allowed as much as I like but I make it up into little containers and have one whenever I get a sugar craving and want something naughty.

Also, if I have a big choc craving, I eat a tbl of sultanas, one at a time, and take about 5 minutes to get through them, they are sweet enough to get me over the craving, and by the time Ive finished them, generally Ive forgotten about the chocolate :) xx

Another great variation to the low cal jelly

When i make it i put in about 1/4 of the water boiling, disolve it then the rest of the liquid i use deit lemonade, totally guilt free and really delish. ( use room temp lemonade other wise it will crystalise, i found out the hard way lol)

i've never been too into chocolate or anything, but when i'm craving something sweet i normally just eat fruit (sometimes dried depending on the season) but i'm so happy mangos are available again! yum!
