Hey everyone I started soccer training again tonight and I felt dizzy and felt like I had no energy left half way through. This could be because it was my first day back but I also think it could be because I didn't eat enough.

Maybe I should have 2 servings because I'm doing such a hard workout? Maybe there are other foods that I can eat with this serving to give me extra engergy? Maybe some fruit like a bannana? I'm not really educated on what foods to eat when so any help will be appreciated.
