Today I am going to talk about eating seafood. What are the benefits of eating seafood? In the past you can only taste great seafood if you are living in the coastal area. Well with modern transportation you can almost taste fresh seafood from anywhere in the world. Now what are the benefits of eating seafood?

The most important benefits are seafood is contains essential oils. Seafood oil is very healthy because it contains the omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids which have great nutritional benefits for our body. Seafood is one of natural best food as it contains a lot of nutrients. Eating seafood three times a week can really provide you with very good health. In Japan for example, where its citizens have been known to eat seafood a lot. This results in its citizens living long and healthy life.

Now what are the benefits of eating seafood? The main benefits are its essential oils. In fact many of the nutritional supplements that we see today contain seafood oil like the omega 3.

Oils from seafood like omega 3 help to prevent or reduced the risk of diseases like heart diseases, heart diseases, cancer and high blood pressure.

Oils in seafood also have elements that help to lower one blood pressure helping people who suffer from hypertension. The oil in seafood also helps prevent osteoporosis because it assists in the calcium absorption in our bones that prevent our bones of becoming brittle.

Eating seafood can also help you to loss weight. This is because seafood contains fat free oil and it’s natural and healthy. Seafood is one of the healthier natural food

When you eat seafood like fish, it is important to eat it fresh. This is because seafood like fish for example can rot very quickly. The best is to eat it the day you buy it. However if you do not eat it on that same day, make sure you leave your seafood in the freezer.

Remember too that if you are going to thaw your fish, make sure you leave it in the freezer after that or leave it in a cold water. If you just leave your fish on the sink, it can loss its nutritional values.

There are also many ways to cook seafood. You can steam, fry or grill it. Remember to remain healthy, eat seafood regularly
