hey lovely everyone's :D

I have been around for a long while but now I am hitting 70kgs mark and need to drop 5kgs in the next 6 weeks... i follow 1500 cals (L&E), sometimes binge, sometimes drink a bit of alcohol, work out like a maniac (cardio and weights and team sports) and drink maybe not as much water as I should...

im thinking I just answered my own question as to what i need to do...

stick to 1500 cals
drink more water
drink less alcohol
watch sodium consumption....


considering a PT for 6 weeks to tone up a bit more but really I think I can do this on my own!! Just putting it out there any more little tips? Oh reason is my sis just sprung on me her wedding in 6 weeks - long story but I am the only BM!! eep!

Well I started at 71.6kgs on Monday and now (Thursday) I am 68.9kgs... so that is 2.7kgs in four days :D

I havent starved myself at all - 1500 cals just my secret this week was PLENTY of water to flush out the nasties of the mothers day weekend! So now I am back to square one and I have 3.9kgs to goal! :D

Today's plan...

stick to 1500 cals
do my training with the team tonight
drink LOTS of water

I think I should take a leaf out of your book, Court. I really need to watch my sodium consumption, stick to my calories and drink a lot more water! I have been very slack lately.

I'm heading off to Adelaide in a bit over a month for OH's little cousin's 21st. That can be my motivation!

It is so do-able though huh CZ.. like really when it comes down to it - it is only those three things!

Sodium is much more of a nasty than we think... cheese and cured meats! Big no no!!
Sticking to calories is so much easier when you have motivation - something in the back of your mind to force you to PUT IT DOWN :D
And water is just about preperation and consistency.. two full bottles on my desk AT ALL TIMES :)

68 flat this morning... so 3.6kgs since Tuesday :shock: Hopefully three more come off just as easily!! :lol: :roll:

So today i was 68.5kgs... need to up the water! I am eating 1200 cals this week I thought I would do a bit of calorie cycling before the wedding... so 5 weeks of 1200 cals and I'll see how i end up for the wedding! :D I binged a bit on choccie last night but it is ttotm so I am not going to stress too much about it. I definitely cant have rubbish food in my house or it doesnt stand a chance! :shock:

SW: 121.3kg - 20/04/2010
First Goal: 109 kilos (Losing 10% of my body weight)
Second Goal: 99 kilos (Getting out of triple digits)
Third goal: 85 kilos (Getting back to a weight where i felt more like ME)
Ultimate long term goal: 60 kilos (Losing half of my start weight)
