
I have been around for a long while but now I am hitting 70kgs mark and need to drop 5kgs in the next 6 weeks... i follow 1500 cals (L&E), sometimes binge, sometimes drink a bit of alcohol, work out like a maniac (cardio and weights and team sports) and drink maybe not as much water as I should...
im thinking I just answered my own question as to what i need to do...
stick to 1500 cals
drink more water
drink less alcohol
watch sodium consumption....
considering a PT for 6 weeks to tone up a bit more but really I think I can do this on my own!! Just putting it out there any more little tips? Oh reason is my sis just sprung on me her wedding in 6 weeks - long story but I am the only BM!! eep!
