Same weight different size

Postby FatFukShrinking » Mon May 24, 2010 2:40 am

What is the go with this. Some people can be 80 kilos and a size 14, yet when i was 80 kilos i was a size 18 +

Does anyone else find that they are larger than other people who weigh the same weight is them? Or is it just me? lol

Yes yes yes, it sucks! It's mainly to do with height but I have seen shorter girls than me who weigh more than me and are still smaller in clothes size... It's depressing and I don't care what the explanation is!

Height and body composition. 10kg of fat and 10kg of muscle looks very different!

+ bone density, skeletal structure, water retention, blood volume, age etc. :|

There are too many variables to be comparing yourself to other people.

This post should be read and taken on board by everyone. Stop comparing yourself to other peoples weight and weight loss results. We are all differen't therefor, we achieve differen't results.

We're all made of the same ingredients, just differen't amounts of everything. Thats what makes the world so colourful. We should be thankful for what we have and show our bodies a little respect. Well thats what I tell myself. Show your body love and respect. Both you and it deserve it. :)
