Hi. Look at what you're eating. And be honest about it. It's easy to ignore what is really going on. Look up the right portion sizes for the foods you eat and cut out the junk foods. Try and eat more vegetables and fruits. Get some exercise. Don't get involved with fad diets and diet programs, you'll only put the weight back on once you're done. :) :) :)

Hi Kezza,

Here's some tips on how you can lose weight quickly even when you have a condition like PCOS:

Follow a low carb diet. I don't normally recommend low carb diets but they are essential due to the insulin resistance that is a symptom of PCOS.
Exercise every day This will help to overcome the insulin resistance.
Use glucose disposal agents These are essential supplements for people with PCOS or type 2 diabetes.

I hope this helps and best of luck with everything!

Cheers,
Steve.

May be you can use Slimming tablets. Products that aid in detox and colon cleansing are one of the newest trends on the market. Consumers generally take a slimming tablet along with their detox supplement. Thank for share.

Hi,
Checked out your blog and think it's a great way to motivate yourself.
One thing that I have found in my battle against weight is to drink lots of water, 8 glasses if you can. It is suppose to be great to boost your metabolism and another tip eat six small meals a day, check your portion sizes also.
Good luck with it all, I'll be following your success. :)
I am always looking for ways to keep my weight down. check out my blog http://www.ideasforweightloss.blogspot.com & http://www.squidoo.com/tips-for-dieting-and-eating-out
