I wouldnt criticise you for taking Duramine. I took Reductil on and off for two years. I stopped early this year when it was linked to heart problems overseas. I dont really know anything about Duramine so am not in a position to judge (nor would i!!
A couple of ways you could add some healthy cals -
small baked potato
some nuts (handful of almonds, etc) or avocado (you dont seem to have any healthy fats in your diet -- these are important for your cholestrol levels)
more dairy (low fat milk, yoghurt, cheese, fruche) -- it looks like you arent getting a lot of calcium and you REALLY need this for your bone health
