Hope we are all having an awesome weekend
So I thought I would post a thread about my idea to combine all of these things and see what people thought. If you think its a bad idea, good idea, what might work better etc.
I have just started on lite n easy and to get results I thought I would add in a daily 1 hour walk in the morning and a 1 hour Zumba sess in the arvo. I think its a good idea as I have the healthy food aspect sorted as well as a decent exercise regime.
So. What do we all think?
