 aww gosh Ally, I don't feel like I've inspired anyone (especially recently) it's truly been you girls that've given most of the inspiration to people around here.

I already started using international roast decaff coffee to get my diet into full swing when I start Monday.
I had a vivid dream that a beautiful female angel told me that if I wanted to lose the 12 kgs of weight in time for my daughters wedding (on January 6th) I must go back on the TF diet and stick with it come what may.
So even though this was just a dream, I thought I must give this diet program another go Image

Good to read your lung pain is going away that must be a relief for your body.

Hi Kate, yes I did miss being here.
Since my daughter has gone back to the outback town of
Mt Magnet to teach again on Monday, I figure I had a little time on my hands
to come back here and take a peek at my forum family.
See ya all on Sunday :D

Hi Dolly, it is going well. Slowed down a bit for a while but seems to be picking up again.

I don't even think of it as a diet anymore it's just the way I eat and I enjoy it too strangely enough. Not sure what it's going to mean for maintenance, something to start planning for. :?

Hi guys,

It's so good to see you back here Dolly! :D

TF going well, hubby and I off for 1-1.5hr walk when Connor wakes up, which will be nice cos it's gorgeous weather here in Perth today.

I've inspired my mum too. She went out and joined up to TF this morning and also bought the shakes, soup and the shaker. She is starting the program on Monday. I think ideally she'd like to lose 30kg.

Great to see you back Dolly. Have a great weekend everyone!

Dolly, I view things differently!! You have been an ispiration to me as you could have easily have given up each time your body reacts to something, but you don't, you just get up and dust yourself off and keep going and I think that is marvellous!! How easy would it be for you to say to yourself that it is all in the too hard basket, but each time you just give yourself the chance to recover and keep going......Thankyou for not giving up!!

Hayley, I agree with Dolly...commissions are in order!!! I hope your mum goes well and gets to her goal too!!
