Might not be for everyone but I like the idea of putting some money aside for each kilo lost and donating it to your favourite charity. Not only is it tax deductible, but it is really worthwhile knowing you have helped yourself (by losing weight) and
someone else by making a donation! If you don't have a charity of choice, the following have a bit of a synergy with weight loss/struggles with food.
- addiction treatment (for me food is an addiction)
- organisations promoting healthy self esteem and body image in women/girls
- donating to a community/child in a developing country where food is scarce
- buy groceries to donate to your local foodbank (there is bound to be one where ever you live - often run by church groups)
etc, etc, etc....
Each to their own but I think this is a good reward
LIVE YOUR LIFE LIKE A THIN PERSON....AND EVENTUALLY YOUR BODY WILL MATCH YOUR LIFESTYLE!
