Well I started the program on Thursday, so I am on day 5 now and apart from the dreaded detox headache everything is going well.
I've not been hungry and amazingly I have not craved any sweetness (I have an awful sweet tooth). The biggest thing I have found so far is that I have to be organised and prepared. You need to have all your food and stuff ready and the next meal planned at least.
I know it is all in my mind but I feel thinner and I am sooooooooooooo excited - the shops are full of beautiful summer clothes and dresses, I love dresses, I am so looking forward to being thin and buying a whole new wardrobe. (You know I have not worn denim jeans for ten years - I think jeans deserve a good figure)
I have my first weigh-in on Saturday so will update my weight loss then, yes I'm on the program and God willing in six months time I'll be a lot slimmer, can't wait.
