I have been a member at my gym now for almost a year and since joining have put on more weight then when i started.
People keep saying oh its muscle but its not.

I have tried lite n easy with not much sucess and eating healthy. I just cant loose weight.
About 3 months ago i was sitting on 77kgs but today I weigh 81kgs.
It just gets me down.
I had bloos tests today to check my fasting insulin and thyroids.
My doc also precribed Duromine but I dont want to do that as I know the weight will come straight back on when I stop them.

I go to gym about 4 times a week and do Pump, Rpm, Step and other days do tready, cross trainer etc etc.

I just dont know what else I can do to try and loose weight.
I feel bad for the money I have spent at the gym the past year with no results but then I wonder what I would be like if I didnt go to the gym.
I am just so down on myself lately which is making me eat :(

I am so with you instead of losing by eating well and training my weight is piling on by the day. I am 10 kilos overweight but would be happy with 5 kilos loss..,...WHat the hell are we doing wrong. ? In your case do you take measurements? because muscle does weigh more than fat and you are doing a hell of alot of classes there darling. Have you gone down a size in clothing at all? I HATE SCALES they are so evil.

Nope dress size has not changed at all.
