I have been a member at my gym now for almost a year and since joining have put on more weight then when i started.
People keep saying oh its muscle but its not.
I have tried lite n easy with not much sucess and eating healthy. I just cant loose weight.
About 3 months ago i was sitting on 77kgs but today I weigh 81kgs.
It just gets me down.
I had bloos tests today to check my fasting insulin and thyroids.
My doc also precribed Duromine but I dont want to do that as I know the weight will come straight back on when I stop them.
I go to gym about 4 times a week and do Pump, Rpm, Step and other days do tready, cross trainer etc etc.
I just dont know what else I can do to try and loose weight.
I feel bad for the money I have spent at the gym the past year with no results but then I wonder what I would be like if I didnt go to the gym.
I am just so down on myself lately which is making me eat
