So, i was wondering if anyone else is using a cross trainer and how long for?
i just bought a cross trainer and i've been using it 6 nights a week for 30-45 minutes. i've only had it for not even two weeks yet so i haven't had it for that long.
i was just wondering if anyone knows if this amount of time would actually be making any difference. i'm thinking that maybe i should start building up the intensity as i use it more and maybe even go for longer.
what should i aim for and stuff like that?
any advice would be soooooo helpful and very much appreciated .
