USING A CROSS TRAINER ..

So, i was wondering if anyone else is using a cross trainer and how long for? :)
i just bought a cross trainer and i've been using it 6 nights a week for 30-45 minutes. i've only had it for not even two weeks yet so i haven't had it for that long.
i was just wondering if anyone knows if this amount of time would actually be making any difference. i'm thinking that maybe i should start building up the intensity as i use it more and maybe even go for longer.
what should i aim for and stuff like that?
any advice would be soooooo helpful and very much appreciated .

Hi i do know that every 2- 4 weeks you are suppose to bump up the intesity , otherwise u body will get too use to it ! thats what my trainer says anyhow . how much weight have you lost by doing this ?

well, over the past 3 months i have lost 10 kg
and as i said, i havent had it for all that long, but i havent really kept track lately. been a little busy. but i will find out shortly.
