So i have been eating these Natural Nut Delight bars as a snack, but i realised they have 950kj's per nut bar, i sometimes have 2 a day in addition to meals. I looked them up on a calorie counter website and they have almost as much calories as a mars bar!, is this because of the "good fats" in the nuts or are they just not good for you lol ?

Nuts are very high in calories, so although they are full of proteins and good fats it's best not to eat too many if you're trying to lose weight. A lot of these 'health' bars are held together with honey or sugar too. If you like nuts it might be better to have a small serving of unsalted nuts rather than eating them in bar form.
