Hi guys,

Congrats on the pregnancy Broken Angel! I can't wait until I can have another bub.

Jumped on the scales again this morning, even though weigh-in is Thursdays now (I just can't help myself, I love seeing how the scales move fom day to day). Another 300g since yesterday, which brings my total to 15.3kg lost. I can't remember when I was last 77! Yippee.

How are you going Dolly? Who else is on TF program? I can't remember. What about the Amcal Success people, how are you going? It's a similar program to TF, so would be great to hear about your progress.

Have a great day and I'll be back later.

Wow, I'm having trouble drinking the water today - I just feel so bloated. I thought about adding some vitamin c powder to my water. Has anyone tried that? I've tried lemon juice or a slice of lemon and I just don't really like that too much.

I'm now going to make myself some more diet raspbery jelly and avoiud thinking about peanut paste toast. That's why I jumped on here again...Im having cravings and I want to keep my mind of them! :?

Thanks for you support - I know I say it often, but it does really help!

Good job Hayley....cravings are awful things, but you made a good choice by distracting yourself. The feelings will pass!!

Congratulations Hayley, you are a true star Image
I've been having a few health problems so I've stopped the TF program and am just cutting down my food intake and doing exercise.

Crikey! Those blinkies and all those gifs and what not on the TF site have burnt my retinas!

Hehe cranky corner...may come sit with you Kate. :D

Hayley here is a compromise with the peanut paste. Have a small bit on something healthy instead of toast. Such as a rice cake or celery. Yes, I said celery. And just think if you don't like it on celery it might put you off the stuff altogether thereby curing your craving! Just one thing with peanut butter yes it has fat but they are mostly good fats and you do get some protein from it as well, so in moderation I don't think it is as evil as we may think.

Hi guys,

Thanks so much - yes, the blinkies on the TF site become quite annoying. When I reach a certain blinkie, I take all the ones I've achieved in the past off, so I have my most recent on their and it doesn't take as long to load.

Dolly, thank you for everything.....I'm thinking of you.

Ally, I hope you feel better soon, it sounds as though you're having a bit of a rough time.

Kate, I know how you feel mate ...TTOTM for me too!!!!!!!!!! Arrrrrr!!!

Kim, thanks for the suggestion about the peanut paste and celery - I think I'll give it a miss. The cravings have subsided thank goodness. The diet jelly works wonders, hee hee.

Down another 200g since yesterday!

Hi Kate, I can't wait until I'm on maintenance and can have peanut paste in moderation - yippee. Who knows....maybe by then I won't feel like it anymore?!?!?

I have a bad headache at the moment...probably 'cos I haven't had any water as yet and I've been out and about doing shopping and trying to get Connor a haircut. Hopefully once I've had my chocolate shake for lunch in a second, and once I get some water in me, I'll be fine.

Mum went to buy more sachets today and she got them to weigh her then (she has only been on TF for 5 days!), and she's already lost 2,8kg! I'm so happy for her, it will hopefully be the motivation she needs to keep going with it.
