Today i had saltana bran cereal with light milk.
And a coffee with light milk.
I had a ti of Baked beans and cellery sticks.
A mandarin.
two cups of tea.
A big jacket potato with vegetable curry.

I weigh 65.8kgs today, so im not losing any!!!!

Hi Carly - the only protein was baked beans yesterday? I think I have read that you should try to have some protein at each meal. You are having plenty of fluid too?

From memory you don't have a lot to lose now, maybe just ease back on the carb rich food and substitute with protein. Are you a vegetarian? If so, it might limit your options with the protein. Probably by now you know the things that you need to do, exercise regularly and eat the foods in the sizes that promote fat loss and increase muscle. If you are doing those things then just be patient, it'll happen. Don't stress or you will upset the body's chemistry. :)

Nah, she had milk, at breakfast and depending on what was in the curry, maybe some protein at dinner too

Nonsense. You can get plenty of vege protein - though it can be harder to absorb - plus there's low fat dairy (like cottage and ricotta cheeses) and eggs. If she was ovo-lacto vegetarian things get a bit more tricky, but still possible if you know what you're doing.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)

After a busy week and eating really healthy and doing cardio classes, i still havent lost weight.
I have gained 1 kilo and another 600g ontop of it. Not happy. I am finding this difficult. i must stil lbe putting too
much energy into my body that i am not buring off. I feel miserable. I feel like a loser as i cant seem to control this weight gain yet. I was weighed in today as being 68.1kg. And yet i thought id lost some. this is really pissing me off. I feel bad, i feel like my muffin top is beyond a joke!

What did the nutritionist say? You were going to an appointment right?

Yeah the nutritionalist weighed me today and said my fat percentage has gone up :/

Food really is my enemy. Yesturday i ate fruit and salad, one cup of full cream milk and a salad and chicken roll.
I need to push to lose weight, i am struggling already and its a waist of time and my life when i am controlled by this habit!!!

Im doing 3 - 4 days of cardio a week and also walking a lot to and from work.
I also use stairs at work and my job is quite stressful at times.

If you have stalled I would suggest...trying different exercises, try interval training, bushwalking something else, do it on different days and at different times.

Eat 6 small meals a day

or

Blanance your 3 meals a day differently...if for example you eat a small breakfast, med lunch, and big dinner...switch it around...no matter how you do it switch it...

Drink lots of water...

Like I have said before think about building up some muscle...

Breaky: Light milk with Saltana bran.
M.T: Can of tuna.
Lunch: Baked beans with one piece wholemal bread.
1 scotch finger busicut.
A.T Small banana cake slice.
Dinner: Steak with lettuce, tomato, one slice cheese, bbq sauce
in wholemeal roll.
Glass of milk.

Lunch time: 2 pieces multi grain bread with vegemite and margerine.
A.T: 2 slices of christmas cake.
Dinner wholemeal roll with Kangaroo steak, herbs and garlic.
Plenty of water. and went for a walk.
