Congratulations in your weight loss journey thus far! As a Dietitian with over 4 years working with weight loss clients I can see that you might be getting yourself into a trap as you are eating way too little on some days. fruit is made to snack on not as a meal and 2 sushi rolls would be the same. Try to include a serve of protein with each meal i.e Bfast: 1 egg on toast, snack: fruit, lunch, a cup of vegetable sticks with hommous and a small can of tuna/salmon, snack: a diet yoghurt, dinner: lean marinated meat/chicken/fish with a cup of vegetables/salad of different varieties. eating too little protein may cause weight loss from your muscle rather than your fat so ask yourself which you'd prefer!! you will also be less tempted to "binge" out on your favourite foods if you are nourishing and satisfying yourself more and protein is more satisfying than carbs, veg or fats... see how you go good luck!
