Its been a really rainy day so i didnt go outside. i stayed inside and didnt really do much to burn off any energy from foods. I want to know if i would gain weight tomo from this day of food:

Carly, I am so sorry that you have not felt well. Can I ask you how many calories you are eating per day? I don't know if you will gain weight (sorry)

I dont even know how many calories i have per day, i dont normally count calories, but
moreso the carba dn fat content as thats what i learned when i joined a gym and had a
nutritionalist talking to me.
I normally try to have in a day:
35g Oats with light milk
coffee with one sugar.
Banana and apple.
handful of almonds.
Cellery sticks with hommus *(about 3 tspns of hommus)
wholemeal sandwiche with salad and chicken, or steak with veges.
And can of tuna with four crackers.

Oh! Sorry Carly, I thought that you were counting calories. I know nothing about looking at the carb grams but I do look at the fat grams and the calories. Do you feel this approach is working for you???

You will lose this weight

I'm not sure if this will help you or not, but I know in the past, if I gave up too much bread I would get those aura type headaches and if I were driving I had to pull over fast, cause aura headaches affect vision. Silver zig zag with flashing in my vision and then a headache appears after.

I think if you are missing a particular vital food group you would get dizzy with headaches. Sorry I can't other advice.
