Milo (3 tspns, soy milk)
Dinner: TWO more fruit buns (medium) without butter/margerine.
what do u think? will i gain a lot of wegiht ?

I normally try to have in a day:
35g Oats with light milk
coffee with one sugar.
Banana and apple.
handful of almonds.
Cellery sticks with hommus *(about 3 tspns of hommus)
wholemeal sandwiche with salad and chicken, or steak with veges.
And can of tuna with four crackers.
