I have just been offered a full time job (yay!) and will still be studying part time, as well as looking after my 3 year old! Needless to say I am stressed just thinking about it all and am worried I will turn to snacking or getting take-away for lunch every day. I dont want to gain more weight, but not sure how I will handle it all. I have not worked for just over 3 years and when I was working I was working I was obese and ate crap!
So how to I cope? Any advice?
