Hi!

Gen here...

I ate Subway for lunch today...

A 6 inch roll with heaps of lettuce, tomato, capsicum,cucumber and carrot. It's nice...

I don't have salt or pepper and no mayo' but it still tastes ok.

If you aren't a big vegetable eater it might be a good option as you can ask for extra salad. Careful of the dressings and the cheese etc

A Dietician might be able to give you a more accurate assessment???

Or, Subway itself may be able to give you the info / calories in each roll so it's easier to choose the lowest in fat...

What do they add to meat to make it soft??
