My weightloss challenge

Postby Never looking back » Tue Nov 16, 2010 9:58 pm

Hi all,

I am going overseas in 3 weeks 3 days!!
My goal is to weigh 69-70kgs
I need your support! I will be blogging my progress daily to let you know whether i keep up the regime below this week
I weighed myself this morning (16/11) and i weighed 75.4kgs, I will weigh my self tomorrow 17/11 and that will be my starting weight.

btw i know this sounds like such a short term goal for now (weight loss for going overseas), but im in this for the long haul and not looking back!! when i get back from overseas i will be continuing my weight loss to my ultimate goal 60-63kgs! and i WILL NOT put the weight back on this time!!!!! i am determined.

Mon 15/11: 1 hour gym session - Done
Tues 16/11: 1 hour gym session - Done
Officially Starting Wed 17/11: AM: 1 hour gym session PM: group class exercise
Thurs 18/11: day off
Fri 19/11: 1 hour gym session
Sat 20/11: 1.5 hours gym session

With the combination of Lite n Easy 7 day 1200cal program (which i have been doing for 2 weeks now)

Hope this helps me stay motivated!

I welcome any comments, tips or suggestions :D

Regards

Take every opportunity to walk around and sightsee and you should be fine. Besides, you'll prob get traveller's tummy and be unable to stuff yourself full of gorgeous food anyway
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

hope you achieve you 6kgs in 3 weeks.

im gona be a butt kicker at the moment, missing set exercise times is not a good thing, if you break that habit youll never get back into it, which is why many people put back on! your exercise can be done.

off the butt kicking now! hope that your learning some new tips with the lite n easy.

good luck

Dearne, thanks for your honesty! thats what i need! a butt kick! :D

Its funny cause im feeling so much better about my self at the moment, fitting back into some of my clothes, feeling a lot happier and controlling my cravings. but the scales are not showing!
This week i promise to meet my goal.

Monday AM: Gym
Monday PM: Gym
Tuesday AM: Walk (my gym opens at 8AM on tuesday, and i have to be at work at 9am)
Wednesday .... i get my wisdom teeth out .... so not sure whether i can to much exercise the rest of the week. I will revaluate as the week progresses.

This IS achievable, i can do it!

Cheers

while you get your teeth out (done it, painful), exercising is good if you dont do something that is bouncy, like walking. i would recommend an exercise bike or something similar

Hello Never look back.

Great to see you are taking the step to change, I'm afraid to say that most people are afraid of facing the prospect of change. It is more convenient to be in our comfort zone. I'm sure if I can provide a link here, there are some useful information i found on the other blog recently it might offer some great tips
