I am going overseas in 3 weeks 3 days!!
My goal is to weigh 69-70kgs
I need your support! I will be blogging my progress daily to let you know whether i keep up the regime below this week
I weighed myself this morning (16/11) and i weighed 75.4kgs, I will weigh my self tomorrow 17/11 and that will be my starting weight.
btw i know this sounds like such a short term goal for now (weight loss for going overseas), but im in this for the long haul and not looking back!! when i get back from overseas i will be continuing my weight loss to my ultimate goal 60-63kgs! and i WILL NOT put the weight back on this time!!!!! i am determined.
Mon 15/11: 1 hour gym session - Done
Tues 16/11: 1 hour gym session - Done
Officially Starting Wed 17/11: AM: 1 hour gym session PM: group class exercise
Thurs 18/11: day off
Fri 19/11: 1 hour gym session
Sat 20/11: 1.5 hours gym session
With the combination of Lite n Easy 7 day 1200cal program (which i have been doing for 2 weeks now)
