I tell you what, there's nothing like newly found motivation after dropping in to those double digits
I'm going to go take the dishes out the dishwasher, then put on zumba and shake my ass for 40 minutes
then cycle on the bike for 20 minutes and hopefully I'll be down to my first mini goal soon!
