chubby bubby, give yourself some time. I too know what its like to be touched by suicide. My best friend killed herself 7 years ago, and it still affects me in different ways. if you need to PM me about it feel free. I know how hard it can be.

we are here for you if you need us. Be gentle on yourself. :(
[no excuses, I can do it!

no sorries are necessary. Sudden loss is almost guaranteed to have a disrupting effect on your life and this could pop up anywhere, not least in your health routine.

Suicide of a close person is a very hard thing to come to terms with and you understandable will need to focus on dealing with that perhaps while the healthy stuff takes a backseat (by the way suicides can have a whole range of effects on different people, so don't be surprised at finding yourself feeling things you didn't expect).

All the best (to you and all those affected)
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

"You can't change the winds, but you can change the sails"

"Reach out and take control of what lands in your lap"
