Just thought to let u know about mood gym . I am doing it at the mo to help me rid my negative thoughts

MoodGYM is an interactive program designed to help you:

identify whether you are having problems with emotions like anxiety and depression,
overcome these problems, develop good coping skills for the future.
MoodGYM is based on two programs which are successful in preventing and treating depression and anxiety. These are: cognitive behaviour therapy and interpersonal therapy

That sounds really interesting Jules. Anything other than medication can only be benificial for depression. And when you are overweight you seem to get depressed so much easier, I know I sure do!!! But when I get that bit of sadness I get out there and exercise. Its amazing how it lifts your spirits. And at least with the moodgym there are no side effects like taking medication!!
