Hi and thanks for the welcome back - I started out on my heavy-duty workouts today and it half killed LOL! I can only do about 30 minutes and tired out! So it is gonna take some shoving to get me back in the right direction I thnk!
I even threw out the chocolate!!!!!!! NO MORE, THAT'S IT!!
Breakfast consited of: toast and light peanut butter and a bowl of ceral with low fat milk.
Lunch consisted of a ham and light cheese sandwich
Dinner will be: Spaghetti and a light meatless sauce.
