Hi there - hope you are all well.
We have been overseas with work and have been working long, LONG hours all at the computer - hence weight gain <groan>.
I still have at least 7 kilos to lose so I had better get back on the cardio-fitness regime that lost me my original 10 kilos! NO choclolate for me, thank you! LOL

Welcome back! gee you don't have much weight to lose now, keep going and I reckon if you work hard you'll get there by Christmas :D

Hi and thanks for the welcome back - I started out on my heavy-duty workouts today and it half killed LOL! I can only do about 30 minutes and tired out! So it is gonna take some shoving to get me back in the right direction I thnk!
I even threw out the chocolate!!!!!!! NO MORE, THAT'S IT!!
Breakfast consited of: toast and light peanut butter and a bowl of ceral with low fat milk.
Lunch consisted of a ham and light cheese sandwich
Dinner will be: Spaghetti and a light meatless sauce.
No dessert!! :roll:
