Thanks guys and welcome back to TF Dolly, it's great to have another TF'er to do this journey with me!!!

Well, mum had her weigh-in yesterday and has lost 6.3kg in 19 days - she's so happy!

Fresh Red Emperor fillets for dinner tonight - yummo, will have it with a nice big salad.

My friend emailed yesterday to tell me that both her and her mum were going into the chemist to join up on TF too. I think it's fantastic and hope it works for the 2 of them.

How is everyone today?

Hi Kate,

Strange weather here in Perth too! Very windy and stormy where I am and has even been raining a bit today as well as yesterday. The temperature is quite warm still, so it's nice...rminds me of the far north Kimberley weather whcih Cam and I both really miss!

I'm finding it hard to stay off the scales and I have to admit, I weighed myself this morning because I ate some crusty bread last night as well as a few crackers! I just wanted to see what the scales said overnight, and it wasn't too bad I guess. I'll have to try harder to stay off them until Thursday next week!

Yeah, I'm proud of mum and she resisted the temptation of the crusty bread and crackers last night when we had rellies over for tea. She wants to lose 25-30kg. I think she'lll aim for 25 and then when she reaches that, then re-assess her goal. She's no-where near as tall as me and thinks that her age will make it hard for her to get to her goal. We'll see.

A reasonably nice day here but windy. I went to the Whittlesea show which is our version of the Royal Melbourne Show. Walked around there for a couple of hours and managed not to eat any of the crap food that was on offer....which isn't to say I didn't think about it!

Well, I'm very pleased to report that I stuck 110% to TF yesterday, so I know that I'm now definitely back on track. I'm very excited about losing the last 9.8kg.

My bladder feels a bit better today.....must be getting used to all that water again!

Looking forward to hearing how my aunty and grandmother are going - should find out after their TF weigh-in tomorrow.

Thanks again for your support guys, you trulty are very special people!
