I am using to walk for about 2.5km early in the morning regularly.I have make proper diet program and follow it.Swim regularly.Drinking of water more and more.Totally avoided eating oily food.This will help me in loosing 5kg weight in one month.

I Keep a food diary and do Zumba :)
Have lost about 16kgs over about 10 months.
Just looked at my food diary for the first day compared to now... OMG I used to O.D on turkish bread back then.
