Ally I have the weight watchers one. Its my little friend I take it with me alot. Like Kim's it has steps and kms, it is also a stop watch and counts how many extra points I earn as I complete so many steps for the day.I can also add in my total points for the day as a reminder as I go..
I put in my weight and my stride which was I think walking 10 steps and dividing by 10 then I did power walk steps to get my power walk stide and divided it by 10.
so there is two modes normal walking and power walk.
It is a great motivater, I never go walking without it, its good to see progress as I walk an hour and see how much more I can walk in that time....
