Hi everyone,
Just a quick introduction - I'm Madeleine and last year I lost 25 kilos, and have kept it off for a year. I study psychology and applied the theories to my strategies and found that they really helped. Anyway, so I started a blog about it with regular tips and motivators. I've just started an online 10 week challenge (this is all free by the way), so we can all set and achieve our goals with the support of others.

I've read lots and lots (and lots!) of blogs and this is one right up there with the best. Very informative and good common sense tips.
