3 Easy Ways To Lose Weight Quickly

1. Only Drink Water, Nothing Else you may have 1 cup of Black Coffee per day if desired. Drink a minimum of 1/2 of your body weight in ounces of water each day. (For Example: If you way 180 pounds you need to drink 90 ounces).

2. Don’t eat anything that is white, (bread, pasta, white potatoes, white rice, most cereals, flour based products and pasteurized dairy and cheese). Healthy foods like (chicken, turkey, fish, cauliflower) are all exceptions to this rule.

3. Don’t eat anything with wheat in the ingredients. (This include bread, cereals, pasta). So be sure to read the ingredients list very carefully.

Apply these 3 Easy Ways to Lose Weight Quickly to your eating plan for the next 2 weeks and you will see some amazing results.

I am sure every body will get positive feedback if they follow these 3 tips. I like to recommend physical exercise for every one to lose weight. Combination for exercise and your 3 tips will bring weight loss success.

I've lost 20 pounds in just a few months. How did I do that? I ate whatever I wanted, but I became aware of what I ate. I always read its nutritional facts and you'll be surprised how many calories you could be eating/drinking, which will make you cut down your portions. Honestly, I did not eat much grain either, and my favorite rule was to eat only when I was hungry. That ranged from maybe twice a day to about five times a day. I never skip breakfast, and drinking enough could help a lot.

I also went to the gym a lot and it feels refreshing after my work out, which only makes me want to go back more...

In order to successfully reduce weight one should eat 5-6 times per day, a small meal, instead of 3 heavy meals. Replace fizzy drinks and fruit cordials with water, Stop taking sugar in tea and coffee, Avoid having a second helping at dinner, Cut out unhealthy treats – such as confectionary, sugary biscuits and crisps between meals. Running is the best exercises because it helps us to burn the calories. Thanks.

Great tips, I would also just like to add another great one. Eat 5 to 6 meals a day (smaller portions of course), I know its tough, but it works wonders!! And, protein shake can be a great meal replacement which makes it a bit easier.. pure protein though, without carbs, fats, etc..

I think everyone is different and the way they lose weight is different.

For some stopping 'all white food' may help them lose weight while others (like myself) just needed to stop the lollies, cake and chocolate and watch what they are eating calorie wise.

I find that watching what I eat and how many calories I take in is the best for me as I am a big bread and pasta lover and feel that stopping those would not motivate me to continue on my weight loss journey.

So yes, take these tips into consideration, but you need to find out what works for you!!!
